Tuure Mäkinen has traveled nearly all around the world with his saxophone. He started his journey from Tampere through Helsinki to The Hague, where he studied jazz music at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague from 2014 to 2018. After that, he secured a position in an international show orchestra that toured cruise ships worldwide. Upon returning to Finland, he quickly found his place in various Finnish jazz and entertainment ensembles.
Tuure can be booked to perform solo, as a duo, trio, quartet, or even with a full Big Band accompaniment.
Now also available is his newest project: DJ TUTU! A saxophone-playing DJ who guarantees a relaxed and stylish atmosphere for any occasion.
